The audio walk tells the story of several figures about decisive moments in life from the census of 1941 to the resettlement of 1946, of the different attitudes and feelings within a Hungarian-German family, of memories and of arriving in in Germany. Schweres Gepäck is based on historical sources, as well as on conversations with Hungary and their descendants. The events described in the scenes all have a real background, but were further developed, alienated and fictionalized for the theatre.
Following the performance, there will be a discussion with the author FRANZ HUBER.
